You're Making Me Nervous

I thought
At some point I swear I had a talk to God
He told me not to give another thought
I never took his advice at all

I fought
With demons that have fortified my heart
Seven angels wrapped themselves around
They'll push me around
They'll bring me down now

What if I can tame them?
What If I give up?
What if it all comes down on my already heavy heart?
What about us?
What if there's no trust?

So I asked
"What's there left that I'm supposed to find?
Something you've gone out of your way to hide?
Seven fucking years is a damn long time!"

Well that's luck
Six more months and I'll come unstuck
The weight has gone and I can get on by
To lift these heavy angels
