Yesterday I was wondering if you'd wanna come over to watch tv
I don't care what's on as long as you're happy and sitting next to me
And I can be a little anxious but I promise I'll figure it out
And I can be way too anxious but less so if you're with me

Every day is another day where everything could go wrong
Some days I'm happy and good lord I'm happy
But I'm older now and it's starting to change
You told you'd wanna hang out and maybe we'd write some stupid songs
Or maybe id just sit there and watch you
Play while I pray that you don't hate me

While I brush my teeth I look into the mirror and say
Good days are worth a few bad ones
