Why must we walk among the land mines?
Sounding the sirens of our past lives?
Love is a prison I'm,
Just tryin' to survive,
The heart is wicked when it's weaponized.
Can't trust your friends,
Can't trust your home,
Can't trust your family,
You bet I'm bitter,
Better off with enemies,
Our good intentions end,
When decency is alien,
Well what is love worth when it's weaponized?
We're waging wars that no one can fight,
Our close encounters are the worst kind,
I'm out of ammo,
When the argument unravels,
Always spitting psychobabble and it's weaponized.
