Everyone's Left

Everyone's gone
And I'm stuck behind

Left in the dust
Left out to rust
When no one can find

I wanna catch up
But I'm too scared to try
They're so far ahead
So I guess instead, I'll stick behind

I know someday I'll have to move
I can't stay here forever
I swear I'm gonna one day
They say, better late than never

But the road ahead looks rough
And I'm not wearing the right shoes

So I don't see the harm waiting
A bit longer would do

Everyone's left
And I miss them so
But that's on me
I watched them leave, and let them go

So, I'm on my own
Atleast for now
I'll pick up the pace
And join the race

When I learn how
