Sea of Glass

Snapping these twigs and leaves beneath my feet
Along this path, I know so intimately
A bright shimmering light through the trees
Rustling as the wind goes by me
This is where I'm staying

A sea of glittering clarity
The light bounces between each wave
Crystallizing and bringing life to this body
