To live in death
Means to obtain
A prevalence
Amongst
The common
Remembrance
Unwavering
Against the constant tide
Of time
Only then
Can we never
Truly
Die
I ponder curiously
And before my thoughts fade of into obscurity
Beneath this dying willow tree
I pack my wounds with mud
And leaves
In hopes to stop the constant bleed
It pools around my feet
Into the soil it seeps
Beneath this roots it's buried deep
My heart still beats
But seldom
Where happiness is all but welcome
I lay helpless
