Have this feeling that I can't shake
Every step I take, makes my world more gray
Smiles on display, but I'm not okay
Need to change, before I break
Drowning in an ocean of noise
Leaving nothing for me to enjoy
All trauma does is reach in and destroy
Need to choose to heal, but I just avoid

Damn my mental space
Wishing I had more better days

Please help me out of this place
