Cirrhosis for Dinner

A pit of random organs, human flesh has been stacked into piles.
Putrefied remnants, a hideous breed.
A murderous horror breathes, force fed cirrhosis.

Bound to the wall in chains, IVs in veins.
Booze funneled into the stomach decay.
Drowning in suds, as livers swell.
A mixture of stale beer and blood, urine and red wine.

It permeates all the walls, the stains, blight.

The concrete and the festering piles of
intestines and bile reek of death.
Slicing the abdominal wall and devour.

Exposing the liquor filled organs,
busting with toxins as guts spill.
Hunger pangs as the liver is excised.
Taste buds now drip with saliva.

And now I swear ligaments are the bane of all my problems.
Cut the fillet and saute with the butter and a beer.
Stenches permeate the walls with death.
Appetite for flesh digest-ed.

Bursting with toxins as guts spill.
Hunger pangs as the liver is excised
Hungry again!
