China Mama - considered one of the best Chinese restaurants in Vegas by locals and visitors, and I got to see why. I recommend trying their Crispy Beef and the Guo Bao Pork.
Xpot - the most high end hot pot possibly in the entire US. Not only do you get unlimited wagyu, crab, lobster, and sushi, but I was also surprised by how good their meat and seafood quality was.
Mott 32 - finally got to try their famous peking duck and I can see why people say theirs is the best in the city. Highly recommend.
