We are back in the Kingston/St. Andrew region, and we present or first update on this new development. This project sits atop a hill on Melwood Crescent and is referred to as Residences of Cherry Hill. This is a one of a kind development with a unique design forming a semi-circle, providing to it's residences the most optimum viewpoints of all of Kingston. There is still not a lot of information available on this development, and it remains a private construction.

We first learnt of this development when we covered the Cherry Gardens community in December 2023, and we were able to do our first coverage of this area in August 2024. We made a commitment to do an update and in Drone's Eye View fashion, we are back to fulfill this mandate.

This area overlooks the entire Kingston City, all the way to the Kingston Harbour. Providing for its residence the most breathtaking view of Kingston and the surrounding areas. From this spectacular viewpoint, you can see areas such as Barbican, Hope Pastures, Cherry Gardens, Beverly Hills, sections of Constant Spring, the Mona Reservoir and basically everywhere thereafter.

At the Residences of Cherry Hill property, we observe a total eight (8) dwellings/Villas and one (1) Apartment style building. As to their configurations and designs, we haven't been able to attain that information. We will continue to keep this development on our radar and present subsequent updates in the coming months.
