On Sunday, September 28th, 2025 I went out to the annual NJ Railway Historical society open house in Boonton, New Jersey. The stuff featured there was typical and the same as every year however this year, this iconic NJTransit Flxable Suburban bus was on display. Huge shoutout to the driver who gave me a ride over to the Boonton train station onboard a historic bus. This 1994 Flxable Metro D entered service on April 1st, 1994 and ran for Hilton garage (On routes like the 107 and 108) and retired on April 16th, 2010 operating revenue service for 16 years and 16 days!
