Fumi Numata (#MayuMatsuoka) is a gifted surgeon working in reconstructive surgery whose passion lies in saving people through medicine. Circumstances force her to transfer from her university hospital to a clinic run by a celebrity cosmetic surgeon named Rin Tohyama (#RiisaNaka) who views beauty as a form of salvation. Fumi, despite being a critic of cosmetic surgery, takes the job so she can explore the darkness of the industry. The two surgeons, who hold very different values regarding beauty and medicine, clash relentlessly as they follow their respective convictions.
