I've been wanting to learn an instrument for years now and finally felt like it was time to commit. Ukulele was the perfect choice. I bought my Mitchell Soprano from Guitar Center on April 29th and have been playing about 20 minutes everyday since (give or take a few days). This new hobby has been meditative for me and has filled in a hole I was feeling about not wanting to do anything creative outside of my day job.
I have no prior experience playing an instrument. I mostly learned from watching YouTube tutorials, huge shoutout to Cynthia Lin for helping me since Day 1!
