Today, I made my First ever journey up to the Summit of Snowdon on one of the most amazing Railway Journeys I have ever made, and this production contains the highlights of the journey to the Top of Snowdon. All footage is hand held, so apologies for any unsteadiness.
I caught the 09.30 service from Llanberis to the summit hauled by the 120 year old No 5 'Moel Siabod'. The line is 4,7 miles long and the only rack and pinion Railways in the UK. The summit of Snowdon is over 3,000 ft above Sea Level and is the highest point in Wales.
