Sous Vide Que Whole Chicken Cherry Smoked on the Kamado Joe Big Joe

One of the most juicy and tasty chickens I have made! Sous vide at 150 for 4 hours, smoked at 375 of 45 minutes with cherry wood and season with Runnin Wild Foods lemon pepper and my Chicken rub.
Darrin's Chicken Rub:
3/4 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup Italian seasoning
