Ingredients used in Prepaing Omelette Curry are:
To make Curry:
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion ( Finely Chopped)
- 1 Onion Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 to 3 Green Chillies (Chopped)
- 1 Cup Tomato Paste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- Water
- 1/2 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
To make Omelette:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Onion (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies ( Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
Yummy Omelette Curry is ready to serve!
This easy and very tasty omelette curry will impress anyone and they will never have omelette any other way after tasting this!
