Tanzania changed its capital city to Dodoma from Dar es Salaam in the early 1970s. But for 45 years, the change was in name only. Only in the last two years has the government started relocating its offices from Dar to Dodoma, and soon the move will be complete. CGTN's Daniel Kijo takes us into the new seat of government in the center of the country.
