Choco Chips - Dark, Milk, White, Twin & Flavoured A good choco chip does two things well: it holds its shape during baking and it tastes like chocolate when you bite into it. Sounds simple. In practice, getting both right - at scale, consistently, batch after batch - is where most chips fall short. Sunbeen's choco chips are specifically formulated for use in high-temperature baking environments. They retain their chip shape through the oven and melt pleasantly on the palate, not gritty or waxy. We supply bakeries of all sizes, packaged food companies, and home-baking retail brands across India and internationally.
