OnePlus 15 available now, costs €949

The OnePlus 15 has been released in Europe, starting at €949 for the 12+256GB model. The phone was previously released in China, but is now in stores here as well.

Usually OnePlus lifts the European launch of its new flagship over the turn of the year, but for the OnePlus 15 they are making an exception. Good for us because this allows us to buy the device with its massive 7300 mAh battery right now.

In addition to the 12+256GB version, there is also a version with 16+512GB of RAM+memory storage. That one temporarily costs only €50 more. In addition to double the storage, you get faster LPDDR5X Ultra+ RAM memory which on paper should be even faster. What you will notice about this as a user remains to be seen.

Refresh rate up to 165 Hz

OnePlus is releasing the OnePlus 15 with a 6.78-inch screen which can dynamically switch between 1 and 120 Hz. For selected games, a special 165 Hz mode can be selected for even smoother game-play. In all cases, the triple camera gets a 50MP sensor and has the necessary AI features.

Charging can be done with 120W fast wired and 50W wireless. Because of this, OnePlus uses parent company Oppo's SuperVOOC charging technology. It is also not surprising that the OnePlus 15 is somewhat similar to the Oppo Find X9 Pro.
